1. Who we are

This website and the DentalVoyage brand are operated by EVERYTHING PAL SRL, a company registered in Romania (Trade Register no. J30/628/2023, EUID ROONRC.J30/628/2023, fiscal code CUI 48449838), with its registered office at Str. Ecaterina Teodoroiu 14, Satu Mare, Romania. You can contact us at hello@dentalvoyage.co.uk.

2. Our role — an agency, not a dental provider

DentalVoyage is a dental tourism agency. We introduce and coordinate care between you and independent, EU-regulated dental clinics in Romania. We are not a dental practice, we do not employ the dentists, and we do not provide dental treatment ourselves. The clinical relationship — including diagnosis, treatment and aftercare — is between you and the treating clinic.

3. No medical advice

The content on this website is for general information only and is not medical or dental advice. It should not be relied on as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician. Always seek the advice of a dentist or doctor regarding your specific situation.

4. Pricing information

All prices shown on this site are indicative “from” figures intended to help you compare costs. They are not an offer or a binding quotation. Your actual price depends on your individual case and is confirmed only in a personalised quote. Prices may be converted from other currencies and rounded, and can change without notice.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the quote form is free and places you under no obligation. A quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you share and does not create a contract for treatment. Any treatment contract is entered into directly between you and the chosen clinic, on the clinic’s terms.

6. Treatment, warranties and clinical responsibility

Treatment is carried out by the independent clinic under the applicable EU and local dental regulations. Any clinical guarantees or warranties (for example on implants) are provided by the clinic and are subject to the clinic’s terms. While we help coordinate aftercare, clinical outcomes and responsibility rest with the treating clinic.

7. Travel arrangements (flights, transfer, hotel)

We can arrange your appointments, airport transfer and accommodation, and — where offered as part of your package — book your flights. Any such booking is made in your name and on your behalf, and is subject to the airline’s or hotel’s own terms. Flight tickets are usually non-refundable and non-changeable.

We are not a tour operator and this is not a package holiday; travel organisation is a supportive service only. We are not liable for changes, delays or cancellations by airlines, hotels or other independent providers.

8. Booking, deposit & cancellation

A treatment and travel plan we send is a non-binding offer. A booking is confirmed once you pay any required deposit and expressly confirm it (for example by replying “Order confirmed”). At that point you authorise us to make the agreed arrangements, including booking flights in your name. We help arrange and coordinate travel as a support service — travel and accommodation costs are paid by you. Any deposit and the applicable cancellation and refund terms are set out in your personalised offer before you confirm. Flight costs already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

9. Testimonials

Any testimonials, savings figures or before/after examples shown are for illustration. Individual results, savings and treatment timelines vary from case to case and are not a guarantee of your outcome.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information through our forms.

11. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website are owned by or licensed to DentalVoyage and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site, or from the acts or omissions of independent clinics or other third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where our company is established. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, which are not affected by this clause.
